Concrete is porous and can really become embedded with dirt and grime over the years especially if it has not been cleaned very often.  Therefore, proper cleaning of a concrete floor must follow a strict process to achieve the lasting effects of a ZAMii PRO deep clean.

The first process in the ZAMii PRO concrete cleaning method, after hand sweeping, is to power wash the entire floor.  Power washing is the number one tool in cleaning concrete.  

The key to a successful cleaning of a concrete floor is pre-treating the concrete with special degreasers, stain removers and cleaners. Once these cleaning solutions have been applied and worked into the concrete with agitating brushes, it is time for more power washing.

If you have elected to have a coating or sealant added to your floor, it is critical to remove any type of residue on the surface such as a thin filmed topical sealer, old paint, or mastic.  This needs to be done first before any attempt is made to apply sealers, paint, or epoxy finishes.
